Hi there friend! My name is Mary Clare, but everyone calls me M.C. I am the founder of Lotus House of Yoga, Yoga School leader, and yoga teacher.
The practice of yoga is the journey to truth and I love teaching the threads of truth that are infinite in this practice.
Yoga has taught me how to Trust myself. This invaluable lesson is the foundation for self love and compassion. I want students to feel this too. That you may connect with your inner genius and have faith in your Soul.
