Harmony in Differences: The Art of Non-Attachment
Though out this tumultuous season we all have experienced difficulties in coping with our personal values as it relates to others. This course will help you cultivate self-awareness of emotional triggers around different social or political views. We provide you with mindfulness techniques that separate personal feelings from external opinions. We practice developing tools that engage compassion and respect with loved ones or colleagues that have different views. We will learn yoga-based techniques for detachment, resilience, and emotional regulation.
